WHERE IS THE STORE BASED?

We are based in the United States, with warehouses worldwide.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once processed and shipped, domestic (inside United States) orders take 7-15 business days to arrive.

International shipping delivery times vary from 10-25 business days based on location and efficiency of your local postal service.

 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Yes, we will send a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please provide 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. However for some countries, the tracking may not be updated consistently.

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

HOW TO BE FEATURED WEARING MY VERO SWIMWEAR PRODUCT(S)?

We constantly share our customers photos on our Instagram. To be featured just tag us in your photo wearing your items on Instagram @VeroSwimwear and use #VERO 

 

WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCESS?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) and are shipped within 5 days of the placed order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

Our online store uses Shopify to accept payments. It automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using TLS 1.2 with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available)
